How can we help you with this?
We'll identify your current primary need for help and develop a plan based on that. You'll hear this during the intake, and from there, you can decide if it's right for you and if you connect with the therapist.
It's often the case that you live your life in a certain pattern, and you find it difficult to recognize and break through those patterns. You feel and know you want things to be different, but you can't seem to succeed, or you don't know how to approach them. Patterns aren't easily broken. They develop along the way, and at some point, they no longer serve you. This has likely benefited you in the past, but now it's no longer suitable. During the intake, we immediately identify the pain points and can provide immediate insight into them.
You're in control. This means you ultimately decide what's right for you and what's not. We don't dictate this. We will, however, offer advice and share our expertise and hypotheses. We do this as effectively as possible, so you can choose the support you want.
