You learn to recognize irrational thoughts and transform them into helpful beliefs, so that emotions become less intense.

Schema therapy

Schema therapy focuses on deep-seated beliefs that originated in your childhood and still influence your life today.

Play therapy

Children process and express through play what they cannot put into words. A safe, playful approach for ages 0 to 12.
